Seychelles is known as the “Pearl of the Indian Ocean”. Since China and Seychelles established diplomatic relations in June 1976, the bilateral relations have maintained a sound momentum of development, with political mutual trust deepened, fruitful outcomes achieved in all areas, and people-to-people ties strengthened. The bilateral friendship has become a model of sincerity, equality, solidarity and cooperation between countries of different sizes.
